What is Grunex.com?
Grunex is gaming portal established in 2008 and focused on Czech and Slovak gaming communities. On gaming portal Grunex.com you can find many online gaming tournaments in many games, community information and also GrunexTV, that is internet gaming television with many reportages, interviews and reality-shows from gaming environs. One of our most supported games is Call of Duty 4.

Does Grunex have some experience with LAN events?
We have realized almost 50 LAN events since 2008! Our skilled tournament admins will make their best to take care about gamers and to manage the whole LAN tournament. Grunex is respected organizer of LAN tournaments with great gamers feedback after all our events. In 2009 and 2010 we were official organizer of prestigious "World GameMaster Tournament" in Czech Republic and Slovakia.

On the start of June we have realized LAN tournament called Intel Grunex Adventure, that had excellent gamers feedback and we decided to accept challenge and realize top quality Call of Duty 4 tournament for TOP european teams! This tournament is primarily focused on TOP european CoD4 teams, so that is the reason why we set enterance fee to 350€ (about 8 750 Czech Crowns), but this amount is usual on other european tournaments. Come to MSI Grunex European LAN to enjoy beautiful oldtown city of Prague and great Call of Duty 4 experience!

MSI Grunex European LAN will take place in gamehall BattleZone in the heart of Prague City. BattleZone has great computers so you will not have problems about carring your own PC. Computers in BattleZone has Intel Core i7 processor, graphic card nVidia 9800GTX+ DK 512MB DDR3, memmory DIMM DDR3 3072MB 1333 TRANSCEND CL9 and 19" LCD display. Call of Duty 4 goes stable on 250 FPS, about 80-100 FPS in smoke.

Saturday 3rd September - Groupstage
24 teams - 4 groups, each group for 6 teams - all against all, BO1  (all teams will play at least 5 matches!)
1 morning group A, 1 afternoon group B, 1 evening group C
8 Teams will forward to playoffs (Bo3), from each group 2 best teams

Sunday 4th September - Groupstage + Playoff
1 morning group D, then final Play-Off single elimination for 8 advanced teams. Best of 3 maps system in Play-Off.

Cash prizemoney will be devided:
1st place -  2 500€
2nd place - 1 500€
3rd place -  1 000€
